ORLICA is the department in Credit Suisse that is responsible for the operational and financial management of the bank's market data inventory. For our team we are looking for a highly dedicated person with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills able to work independently when required. Our department controls managing the provisions and removals of market data services, its associated services inventory, invoice control, approval, cost recharge and usage of market data services. We take care of permissioning, controlling accesses and profiles, storing information about market data in our inventory tool. We are analyzing discrepancies which may occur between our systems, vendor’s systems and invoices.

  • You will be working on permissioning of users for market data services such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet and other.
  • You will ensure that any new services are appropriately signed off by the cost center approver.
  • You will take care of keeping the internal inventory of market data users and services up to date and accurate.
  • You will communicate with Market Data vendors.
  • You will respond to internal queries regarding costs allocated to users and resolve queries on time to reduce impact on the cost.
  • You will investigate and own invoice/costs queries through to resolution.
  • You will cultivate and encourage collaborative, team working environment, work hand in hand with global teams to ensure global standards and optimal service provision.

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

You Offer

  • You have graduate degree, a Finance or Economics focus is preferable but not mandatory.
  • You have control mindset and attention to detail.
  • You have an analytical mindset and ability to challenge the accepted status quo.
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You have experience of using Excel and/or Databases.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in similar areas within a banking environment is preferred.
