    The role is within the Global Limits & Flags Operations, which is a part of Global Market Risk Management The team manages and implements Risk Flags and Limits within a strategic system called FLEX. The system spans across all Market Risk and Liquidity Risk Entities and Divisions at Credit Suisse. As a team we are required to provide support for partners covering all regions. The team in Warsaw is responsible for providing business partner coverage for EMEA and the US in collaboration with other Limits Operations team members in our other locations (Hong Kong, Mumbai, London and New York).

    Main Responsibilities:

    • You will respond to all limits related requests which may emanate from Risk Managers, Analysts, Front Office, Internal Audit and/or any other sources. These requests could range from limit and flag creation, maintenance and discontinuation to turning around ad-hoc reporting MI requests
    • Monitoring the limits and flags utilization against the established levels, reporting utilizations to the relevant limit and flag owners and executing the process of excess sign offs and limits/flags updates
    • You will contribute to the long term development of the system by engaging in requirements gathering and performing UAT prior to periodical system releases
    • You will raise and handle permissions for new and existing system users
    • You will manage impacts to limits and flags caused by re-organisations

    • You have an experience working within Finance/Risk/Operations, preferably in an international bank
    • You are confident with written and oral communication skills in English
    • You are a self-starter with strong presentation and communication skills
    • You are a great teammate and can work closely with teams from other groups
    • You can take responsibility and active approach
    • You are an advanced MS Office user with particularly strong Excel skills
    • You have strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • You are eager to learn and wish to have deep understanding of market risk management processes in future
