For our Client, we are currently looking for:

Market Strategy & Deployment Manager

The role exists to deploy market strategy for their portfolios to enable delivery of OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures) priorities. The person will translate portfolio/brand plans into customer-ready plans to be deployed in partnership with the sales teams. This person will be in first row to assure excellent execution through close collaboration with other teams.


  • Responsible to deploy market strategy for their portfolios to enable delivery of OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures)priorities
  • Commercial modelling behind 3 year NSV/T roadmap to deliver sustainable top line and profit growth
  • Responsible for Innovation margin and pricing scenarios (vs competition and internal pricing strategy) 
  • Translate European defined pricing strategy into Polish market consumer pricing recommendation with corresponding promotion guidelines (pricing, promo pressure, ROI)
  • Analyse category performance and turn data into insight to build recommendation for biggest opportunities in the market
  • Provides ongoing insight and recommendations in pursuit of continuously improving the ROI of investments
  • Lead brand activation plan deployment in local market (launches, relaunches, central promotions) as per the European defined brand plan, adapting it in the local
  • Creates promotion strategy and playbook for their portfolio and continuously improves the ROI
  • Representing portfolio perspective in local Channel Business Teams aiming for leveraging growth opportunities in every sales channel
  • Ensure the relevant tracking and monitoring of overall portfolio performance and drive required actions to deliver plan
  • Lead local projects to deliver channel/customer specific SKUs
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing to activate brands in channels and assure consistent execution of nationwide promotions.


  • Versatile experience including portfolio, category development, SRM and/or Sales  positions with a track record of results, impact and influence
  • Knowledge of broad business management and commercial management skills (business forecasting, financial analysis, P&L management, supply side knowledge)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills/creativity 
    Broad knowledge of promotions and how they work
  • Experience in the practical analysis (eg financial, category, sales); ability to pull insights out of various data sets
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently 
  • Strong Interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Fluent in English.
