Market Team Lead (Hungarian market)

We are currently looking for a Market Team Lead (Hungarian Market) for our client, a leader in the e-commerce industry specializing in the sale of pet products.

The responsibilities of this position are:

• Design and development of new online marketing campaigns,
• Acting as team leader for local team members and task coordination,
• Optimizing the online shop to increase sales and profitability,
• Support in development of local pricing strategy,
• Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs,
• Evaluating sales promotions and other marketing activities,
• Monitoring customer service performance to ensure superior customer service,
• Tracking key statistics across online marketing channels
• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of trends and competition in the market
• Working with the logistics department and monitoring KPIs to meet customer delivery standards,
• Cooperating with central departments and other international offices of the company.
