Your responsibilities

Channel Marketing:

• Partners with Cluster Marketing and Sales teams to develop the country annual plan for important customers, based on distributor segmentation and leveraging Category Foundations to deliver growth targets for assigned Channel Partners

• Drives distributor growth by participating in development of Joint Business Plans (JBP), distributor business analysis partnering with Business Intelligence / Sales, including category performance, customer base evolution (i.e. Churn, new business, etc.) and DSR performance tracking

Customer Marketing:

• Partners with Sales and Cluster Marketing to execute omnichannel digital demand generation campaigns, commercial programs & sales promotions through the channels and with the sales organization to deliver ABP objectives for acquisition / penetration / retention

• Partners with Capability team to empower internal and external sales organization in key Marketing campaigns & insights associated with appropriate market segments to improve sales closure rates

Brand Marketing:

• Partners with Country Sales leaders to develop the Annual Business Plan (ABP)

• Partners with Commercialization & Cluster marketing to execute the commercialization of innovation, renovation and product changes for the country

• Partners with Commercialization & Cluster Marketing to execute product assortment strategy for key channel partners

• Works with channel partners to design & execute ideal Digital Shelf for all KCP categories, leveraging product information driving promotion and DSR incentives.

Standard Work:

• Tracks the performance & measures ROI of marketing programs

• Partnership with sales teams

• Works actively with customers and channel partners to capture insights and propose and adjust marketing programs

• Bee the local business partner to build Key Account and Channel marketing plan including tenders, promotional requests, prices & out of stock communications, literature management

• Manages local marketing budget

• Adopts digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM, digital demand and account-based campaigns from the Cluster Marketing team

• Leverages marketing content available in the Digital Asset Management System where possible; where unique content is created, ensure it is uploaded & maintained in the system

• Facilitates adaptation and translation of marketing material to local market needs

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline

  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour

  • Marketing Mix and P&L understanding

  • Project management

  • Resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities

  • Strong business & organizational acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset

  • Trade marketing and engagement with Sales teams

  • Strong analytics skills

  • Strong Marketing skills to drive successfully the customer journey

  • Multi project management

  • Able to prioritize against business target

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to focus on opportunities and solutions

  • Highly collaborative

  • Able to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track

  • Able to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances

  • Demonstrated contagious positive energy to influence, inspire & drive results

  • Able to read, write & speak English fluently

Optional

  • Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing

  • Experience in a B2B environment

This is an exciting opportunity to join the KCP Cluster marketing team as Marketing Activation Specialist KCP for regions as Benelux, Nordics, Poland and Czech Republic. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual business plan in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team to deliver sustainable revenue and profitable growth.

To achieve that you will work closely with Cluster Marketing Team, ensuring to keep customers at the heart of everything we do, to develop a detailed understanding of market structure including such factors as key players, business needs, channels, competitors, and the industry leaders’ opinions.

You will perform a trade marketing role, being the Voice of the Customer and influence the Segment and Category plans within the Business planning cycle to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives for the region.
