Your responsibilities
Management & continuous improvement of the Home Connect Websites
Website process definition and improvement
Agency coordination in terms of maintenance, development and bug fixes
Release planning & management
Country rollout coordination and technical support
Management and support of global CRM activities
Segmentation & campaign creation of automated CRM campaigns (Mail & App Push Notifications)
Support of global rollout activities
Marketing channel performance management
A/B-testing
Our requirements
3-5 years experience in managing complex website and/or CRM projects and in rolling out solutions world wide
Strong technical, project management & analytical skills
Proactive and self-motivated personality, willingness to take ownership
Organized working approach, ability to multi-task, high reliability
Excellent analytics and problem solving skills, strong focus on implementation
Team player with strong communication skills
Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, engineering, business administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
