Your responsibilities

  • Creating a strategy for using marketing automation in marketing and sales processes

  • Creating segmentation (lead scoring) for existing and future merXu users (buyers and sellers)

  • Creating scenarios (sequences) of marketing communication with merXu users based on marketing automation tools (HubSpot)

  • Measurement and reporting of implemented campaigns and their optimization (A / B tests)

  • Close cooperation with the sales department in order to optimize current processes

Our requirements

  • Experience in designing and implementing Marketing Automation campaigns for E-commerce (experience in B2B market is considered as an asset)

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (we work in HubSpot)

  • Analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions from data given

  • Responsibility, independence and commitment

  • The ability to create marketing strategies

  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Creativity and the ability to implement unconventional, bold ideas

  • Knowledge of English at the minimum B2 level is a must

  • Very well-developed communication skills and experience in working with internal partners & external agencies
