Your responsibilities
- Work with business managers, communication specialists and graphic teams to set-up, execute and monitor lifecycle campaigns across digital channels (email, SMS, push messages) to improve Booksy product experience for our merchants and consumers
- Propose & design A/B experiments to improve effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns and workflows
- Own administration of our mar-tech and act as technical expert for different country teams
- Report results and work with Business Intelligence team to measure impact of ongoing lifecycle communication efforts
Our requirements
- Marketing automation wizard with 2-4+ years of experience to join our growing MarTech team
- Fast learner with practical knowledge of any of the leading marketing automation tools (SalesManago, Salesforce Pardot, Intercom, Marketo, iContact, MailChimp, Iterable)
- and hands-on experience in setting up & optimizing work-flow campaigns
- Team player with great organizational & process management skills and natural curiosity
- Fact-base data-driven expert with good feel for numbers and ability to act based on insights
- Fluent English speaker
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic design software will be a plus
