Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Working closely with the Product & Services, Sales, Costumer Care, Marketing and Business Origination teams, the Marketing Campaign Manager reports to the Marketing & Communication Manager of Easytrip Transport Services and is responsible for executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for both existing services and new products

  • Create B2B (business-to-business) marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers

  • Collect and use accurate data to create new campaigns and update existing one: retrieve, check, synthesize, validate, popularize, and share the information

  • Contribute to the annual marketing plans to drive sales enablement through sales toolkits, collateral and digital marketing supports.

  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials

  • Ensure consistency and quality control on all communications collateral produced with detailed and accurate proofing skills, in line with the local and global internal approvals process

  • Manage projects and tasks to meet team deadlines

  • A/B Testing campaign results to trial new ideas for effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content Writer to develop editorial calendar for e-newsletters, emailing campaigns, social media posts, PR and website

  • Work closely with the Operational Marketing Manager to build the marketing plan for the Polish market, using the bottom-up approach

  • Develop, deploy and monitor the execution of multi-channel marketing tactics in Poland following the budget

  • Report and analyze campaigns return on investment and make recommendations

  • Develop and proposes improvements on our processes, while ensuring the process is aligned & compliant with the group strategy/governance

  • The position’s holder is responsible towards compliance with the three Codes of Ethics, Integrity and Human Resources Management Code, internal rules, all local regulations and Health & Safety rules that apply in for the BL Operations & Exploitation activities.

Nasze wymagania

  • Higher education type BAC+3 Business School and/or Diploma in Marketing

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing, specifically in developing marketing campaigns is sought, preferable in B2B services (payment services, mobility)

  • This job calls for a flair for new technology: Telematics, services accessed via smartphone, electromobility, electronic payments, etc…

  • Communication skills

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills

  • Ability to build and enhance relationships with various internal/external teams

  • Fluent in English & Polish (written/spoken) and a working knowledge of one other language (Italian and/or Dutch, German) would be an asset

  • Able to collect technical data, popularize and synthetize them for various marketing purposes

  • A challenging combination: enhance understanding on trade, economic and marketing issues

  • Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach

  • Ability to work with a budget, meet tight deadlines for multiple projects and deliver results (ensure ROI on marketing campaign)

  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
