Your responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing communications strategies

  • Coming up with creative concepts

  • Developing all types of content

  • Researching the market to identify key trends, new markets, and opportunities for growth

  • Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience. Preferably in the Agency environment or a B2B digital services company.

  • Experience in developing content & copywriting

  • Experience in conducting research

  • Creative thinking

  • Light pen - independent creation of valuable content, the ability to adapt the style to the medium

  • Able to work independently and with limited supervision, highly self-motivated, and able to effectively manage various competing priorities and time-management

  • Openness and communicativeness

  • Willingness to go above and beyond what's required, learn, adapt, and excel

  • Fluency in spoken and written English (you will write in English)

  • Fluency in spoken and written Polish (native level)


  • Experience in planning and creating content

  • knowledge of platforms such as Clutch, dribble, pinterest, behance

  • Experience with WordPress CMS

  • Ability to run Social Media channels

  • Understand the concept of T-shape marketer

  • Understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and value proposition

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Activecampaign, Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zapier etc.

Job description:

Funktional is an award-winning agency that provides strategic branding services combined with handcrafted digital solutions to multi-national companies worldwide. Some of our clients include UNICEF, AON, Maspex (Kubuś, Alcalia, Tymbark, Decomorreno, Tarczyn), Bielenda, Tupperware, Telefonika, 3DGence, Bratex, Link4, and many others.

From strategy workshops, through a broad range of print and digital design services to full brand & digital product development processes + growth. The revised 2020 strategy took us deeper into the eCommerce field and D2C brands and this is the direction we will continue, however, our main verticals are FMCG, B2B (production, industry 4.0), technology, beauty & health. We are looking for an ambitious, talented & hardworking Marketing & Content Specialist to help us with content development. You should have a solid background in creating content and a deep understanding of related marketing topics. A successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to develop content for sales enablement, articles, websites, e-books, social media posts, webinars, podcasts, surveys, and others.
