Who we're looking for
CE Clients & Industries is seeking Senior Coordinator who will be responsible for the management and development of key regional accounts from the financial services industry, with a focus on the banking sector. Working directly with the CE Lead Client Service Partners and the CE Financial Services Industry Leader, you will execute go-to-market strategies across the Central European region. Your role will include elevating Deloitte’s presence and strengthening the firm’s brand and revenue opportunity generation. You will also be providing operational, communications, knowledge management and project management support for the CE Lead Client Service Partners and a wider community of practice.
Who we’re looking for
- At least 3-years of experience in account management, business development or sales
- Fluency in Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Great analytical skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Quick learner
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and banking sector is an advantage
Your future role
You will be a self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual, who will serve as a trusted advisor and work with a wide range of professionals from all service lines and businesses in order to manage and develop the key regional accounts from the Banking Sector.
Your tasks will include:
Project management, knowledge management and operational support:
- Execute and coordinate overall key account planning activities on the regional level, including budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate the CE key account team in general, specifically while preparing regional proposals and quality & risk management
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the financial performance of the account
- Organize account meetings and conference calls
- Enable connection & knowledge sharing within the CE region
- Liaise and coordinate actions with the CE Banking Leader’s team
- Manage regular contacts and coordinate actions with other Deloitte Member Firms
Business development
- Develop persistent, sustainable and meaningful client relationships
- Drive cross-business and cross-border Deloitte teaming and insight to increase account penetration
- Manage client satisfaction and feedback processes
Marketing and communications
- Coordinate marketing activities and events with the CE Banking Leader’s team
- Collaborate with the other regional accounts developers, marketing and communications team, knowledge managers to plan and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for the financial services industry and banking sector in particular
- Monitor developments in the financial services industry and banking sector
Execution of regional strategic priorities
- Compiling the regional FSI strategy
- Connection to DCE and Global FSI strategy
