    overview:


    The Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the operational excellence marketing impact team. This marketing professional maintains the data integrity of client, contact and business and marketing activities using CRM and internal data and 3rd party data sources as well as coordinate and report on channel distribution of marketing campaigns, and will support the data reporting and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns including web, e-mail, print, press coverage & social media. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Mapping and maintaining of client accounts between CRM and internal and external systems
    • Marketing and data integrity projects related to CRM support (e.g. account address clean-up, auto-closing opportunities, etc.)
    • 3rd party information associated with client accounts update and marketing activities
    • Employee/Alumni records maintenance (working closely with the vendor and technology teams to maintain the data and ensure it up to date)
    • Supporting the distribution of email marketing campaignsv
    • Assistance and answering queries from the business and functions related to account,
    • contact and marketing activities or related CRM programs/initiatives
    • Data requests support (information from CRM databases from the business and from other support functions)
    • Marketing team support to provide data and analysis to produce marketing reports & KPIs
    • The tracking of performance data support from campaigns to measure success and help incorporate learnings in future campaigns
     

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Bachelor’s degree - a university degree from reputed Polish or international universities with a consistent record of academic excellence
    • Experience of working in a similar role elsewhere (e.g. CRM, data management/analysis)
    • A good understanding of organizations such as how they are structured and how they change
    • A good understanding of Microsoft Office software applications (particularly Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, formulas)
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is a plus
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
    • Experience with Google Analytics as a plus
    • Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle pressure and work to tight deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to interact with people at all levels of the company.
