Marketing Data, Operations & Translation Specialist (in a new growing global department)

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring and analysing users experience and opinions based on social media data
Executing regular business operation activities, e.g. reviewing user comments for applications of company, posting push messages to users for marketing or promotion campaign purpose, analysing business data with related tools
Preparing texts, translations and proofreading tasks in the marketing area
Preparing business reports for marketing department
Work with databases and systems
Cooperation with international teams

Requirements:

Very good knowledge of English (preferably C1 level)
Fluent knowledge of one of languages: Norwegian, Dutch, Hungarian, German, Romanian, Czech, Turkish is highly desirable
Permanent work permit for Poland (necessary due to a hiring timeline)
University degree (at least BA or equivalent)
Customer focus with ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Experience in linguistics projects (especially related to Voice Assistants, game testing/localisation or mobile technologies), translation duties, business data analysis, content analysis or global marketing department is desirable
