Your field of responsibility:

An outstanding opportunity to join us in Marketing Data & Performance Specialist role, your focus will be on measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns and key activities as well as overall performance of marketing organization. You will be involved in managing and developing wide range of reporting projects, processes and performance analysis. Proven experience in the service industry is not necessary but will be an asset.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Capture, analyze, and understand business process requirements to run current and/or design new solutions for data management and reporting
  • Execute existing performance reporting and measurement projects with a focus of data visualization
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, with self-driven approach to achieve goals
  • Provide input for project planning, status updates and participate in working groups

In your role in Marketing Projects & Performance Team you will become a part of unique area covering performance reporting of strategic activities across Global Marketing organization. Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven and professional experience in area of data/analytics/marketing
  • Proven experience in metrics environment and ability to create advanced reports and providing valuable insights
  • Proven experience in data tracking and data visualization
  • Understanding of marketing and project performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foundations of business analysis and project management
  • Strong stakeholder/ client management skills, ability to run and participate actively in meetings
  • Outstanding interpersonal capabilities and team oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of MS office package, with proficiency with MS Excel
