Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring reliability of financial reporting to give to management an accurate understanding of the financial situation of the business

  • Drafting the plan, budget & trends as well as producing the monthly reports for your area of activity

  • Focusing on P&L efficiency via ROI analysis and challenge of the marketing investment level in your area of responsibility

  • Optimizing the costs and efficiency of actions undertaken in accordance with the Standards and good practices set down by Internal Control

  • Monitoring costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions

  • Being a business partner for Marketing teams

  • Supporting Marketing teams in SAP and accounting related topics

  • Reinforcing financial knowledge of the division’s members by leading regular trainings

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Controlling department, preferably within FMCG sector or BIG4 companies.

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting and understand the dynamics of the work in a big international company.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Result oriented, ambitious, energetic & taking professional ownership.

  • Good organizational & communication skills.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity.

  • Proficient in MS Office & having broad understanding of SAP would be an asset.

  • Fluent in English.
