Your responsibilities
Marketing Manager Biologicals accelerates growth of biologicals in all countries in BU Central (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries) and develops strategies on a local as well as regional level.
Developing a robust strategy for each country in BU Central (Biostimulant and Biocontrol products) in line with local requirements, legislation and business needs
Coordinating market analysis in respective segments to define segments potential
Developing financial targets, 5 Year plan and budget for Biologicals
Developing proper mindset within whole team in BU Central to accelerate Biological growth
Developing differentiated and segmented product positioning for the Biologicals range
Coordinating campaign activities with respective campaign leaders in each country
Aligning local strategy with headquarter strategy/requirements, being in close cooperation with respective region managers
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, business studies or equivalent
5+ years of marketing experience or business management within agricultural industry or similar
Experience with biological products is preferred
Knowledge of biostimulants/ fertilizers / plant physiology / agricultural chemistry would be beneficial
Confident MS Office user with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables)
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to negotiate and convince based on complex data / research materials
Open-minded and technology-oriented
Fluent English
