Your responsibilities

  • Developing and improving local branding and marketing strategy aligned with global strategy

  • Act as main liaison between clinics and central marketing team and first contact for GMs and clinics

  • Develop clear processes and guidelines for campaign roll outs

  • Support with individual clinic requests and localisation

  • Ensure consistent and coherent communication

  • Define marketing plans and correspondent KPI’s per clinic within your region in collaboration with global marketing team (Performance, Communication & PR team), including quarterly planning meetings with the local GMs.

  • Work and act as an ambassador for TFP in local market towards different stakeholders

  • Improve continuously marketing patient referral pathway towards clinics in close cooperation with global team and local clinics to improve patient traffic.

  • Analysis for future market trends, competitor analysis, creation of scenarios and derivations of options for action.

  • Present marketing towards local stakeholders and feedback local topics, issues and challenges to global marketing on a regular base.

  • Collaborating with local clinics to execute local SoMe postings (excluding adverts) for each clinic in the region, utilising a platform such as Hootsuite if needed

  • Develop and execute local offline campaigns with the clinic General Managers in sync with the online campaigns

  • Brochures / Printed material, Direct Marketing

  • Print Media, Radio, TV, OOH

  • Patient Information Events / External Events

  • Co-ordinate activities and narratives with local PR agency / freelance network and be responsible to implement and localised global PR

  • Work on a strong referral marketing approach together with clinics/General Managers to improve referral management via local GP/Gynocologist

  • Establish and interview local patient groups to generate customer insights and feedback on regular base

  • Enforce local adherence to branding and marketing strategy

  • Work with the rest of the central marketing team to develop regular reports and standardized success metrics

  • Collect individual clinics results to consolidate for comprehensive campaign recaps and establish a full circle feedback and best practice sharing process that includes reviewing the marketing performance with the General Managers on regular base to improve business

  • Take responsibility of central projects such as roll out of online events or another overall project.

  • Take responsibility for additional projects given by Group Marketing Director if needed

  • The above will be reviewed as required, in consultation with the post holder. It is offered as a guide to the key responsibilities and duties, but does not preclude other projects that may arise as the organisation evolves.

Our requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

  • Polish Speaker

  • Experience in coordinating and planning marketing activities across different offline and online channels

  • Strategic and analytical thinking and acting

  • Familiarity with marketing planning and creative processes (ideally experience with developing a campaign calendar, supporting campaign and creative planning & roll out as well as budget planning)

  • Experience in online/offline marketing, campaign management, budget and marketing planning,

  • Interest in fertility health topics for women, men, lesbian and gay and other patient demographics

  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing and interpersonal skills, open minded

  • Be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business

  • Be able to manage different projects at the same time

  • Be energetic and passionate about our products and services

  • Be organised and methodical

  • Team player, hands-on mentality, problem solving, pro-active, responsible

Optional

  • Experience in working in an international environment

  • Additional languages (Dutch, Danish, German) are a plus

The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering local and global marketing initiatives to achieve the marketing, revenue and profit goals set for TFP. As part of the central marketing team, they will act as the main liaison between local clinics and the central marketing team. As a Regional Marketing Manager you will monitor market trends and develop the local marketing strategy aligned with the global marketing strategy and execute advertising & marketing activities in line with TFP goals to ensure the right message is delivered consistently for our products and services.

As part of the marketing team the Marketing Manager is responsible for generating patient pipeline into the clinics. Utilising digital strategies and traditional media to not only drive potential patients from our social media platforms, digital adverts onto our website but also to the point of a patient enquiry. Develop and improve patient experience at all customer touchpoints to increase brand awareness and decision. The Regional Marketing Manager is in charge of the localisation of the global communication strategy and responsible for local budget management.

The Marketing Manager role requires a high degree of organisation, and communication and strategic thinking to ensure alignment and efficient roll-out of activities across the group. It offers a great opportunity to work on a wide variety of topics – from brand strategy and communications, to planning & reporting as well as campaign activations – in a highly competitive and dynamic market.
