Developing and implementing of a marketing and image strategy aimed to support lead generation and increase Codibly’s brand awareness on the foreign IT market.
Managing the overall marketing & communication strategy, to ensure delivery of sales KPIs and ROI via effective inbound marketing plan.
Building and taking care of a positive image of the company.
Managing B2B marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, display advertising, and offline campaigns.
Understanding and translating analyzed data (e.g., from CRM, web analytics) to provide actionable insights.
Creating straight to the point, executive-level reporting on an ongoing basis to clarify marketing performance.
Managing of the marketing team, cooperation with external agencies and with other departments in the company (Lead Generation, Sales, Delivery, HR).
Preparing and implementing of marketing and PR budgets.
Identifying company assets and tracking market trends to propose new solutions to capitalize on sales opportunities.
At least 1-2 years' experience in team managament
At least five years’ experience in marketing or communications (B2B), including two years in a IT environment (software development / startups)
Fluency in English.
Strong experience in building strategy, establishing KPIs and measuring the ROI of marketing efforts.
Proven success in planning, developing and executing B2B campaigns.
Ability to convert business requirements into functional/technical online marketing requirements.
Hands-on experience running LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google Ads campaigns.
Current knowledge of tools and solutions to facilitate digital operations in a B2B environment.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Sheets .
Proactive problem-solving skills - good communicator equipped with analytical and organizational skills.
Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to track multiple, simultaneous projects and deliverables.
Out-of-the-box thinking - no fear of proposing custom solutions, unconventional thinking, no suggestion of only competing actions.
Rapid acquisition of new knowledge - implementation into the specificity of the energy sector.
