Your responsibilities

  • Marketing Manager blends business and marketing expertise with passion for uncovering end customer and partners insights. Main goal of this role is to support sales team by running variety/mixed of marketing activities in order to maintain and acquire new customers and develop channel in Poland. Working within a cross-functional team (local sales and BDMs, field marketing, central programs and central product marketing) he/she will use area of his/her expertise to develop marketing initiatives that deliver value and business outcomes,

  • Managing marketing budget including external funding from global partners and corporate programs,

  • Co-operating on a daily basis with an ecosystem of agencies supporting marketing programs and activities,

  • Managing both digital and face2face marketing campaigns and activities supporting direct sales and channel engagement,

  • Coordinating Public Relations activities and initiatives together with PR agency,

  • Building scalable marketing strategies that drive profitable growth and retention,

  • Working closely with constituents across the business (Local Sales, Local and cluster CATM Central Programs and Central Product Marketing Managers) and other,

  • Bringing the value proposition to the sales process through outcomes-driven marketing strategies, including plan design, investments and participant engagement,

  • Developing insights-driven vertical/segment marketing programs designed to drive growth within focus market segments,

  • Developing and executing go-to-market marketing plans including demand gen campaigns, product launches, regular end customer communications, social media and SEO campaigns with focus on Key Offering,

  • Ongoing marketing campaign and program measurement,

  • Monitoring and analyzing the client base and activity trends to develop hypothesis, strategies and opportunities to drive client and business results,

  • Clearly articulating client needs and insights by actively interacting with internal and external clients to understand their needs and determine experience, content, and marketing communication initiatives,

  • Reviewing, understanding, and integrating data and information on the business, market, competitors, and clients to assess opportunities for growth,

  • Creating marketing strategies that align with consumer needs and business KPIs,

  • Partnering with chapter members, squads, and marketing functions to develop marketing communications campaigns and programs, to drive client awareness and engagement, client satisfaction and growth of the business. Programs include strategy articulation, budgets and ROI, etc.,

  • Optimizing marketing performance to inform new data-driven hypothesis in a test and learn environment.

Our requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Sales CRM tools like Salesforce needed,

  • Bachelor's degree required,

  • 8-10 years of work experience in: Product, Services, Segment, or Brand management in IT / Digital Strategy or marketing consulting,

  • Services mindset and experience,

  • Experience with digital marketing and new marketing trends,

  • Demonstrated ability to build out a strategic marketing plan with specific outcomes Open minded, innovative, enthusiastic and ready for new challenges,

  • Experience in managing successful relationships with internal clients and partners, aligning to a common value proposition, positioning and messaging,

  • Strong business acumen, proven analytical skills enabling the individual to collaborate with others to identify potential solutions and to think objectively,

  • Understanding of economic business drivers,

  • Proven consulting skills enabling the individual to work with others to elicit information, to think objectively and analytically and to influence outcomes positively,

  • Demonstrated experience leading a varied team of professionals (executive & people management experience is a plus),

  • Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills,

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - good marketing story teller,

  • Experience within an Agile environment is a strong plus English skills (written and verbal) is a MUST.
