managing projects, budget and deadlines in Marketing and Loyalty areas;
planning, developing and coordinating loyalty actions and campaigns;
planning, developing and coordinating ATL/BTL and Digital (Integrated) Marketing Campaigns coordinating various loyalty projects throughout all steps (preparations, implementation, post evaluation);
cooperating with internal (marketing, buying, legal, operations, IT, finance departments) and external partners (agencies, photographs, production companies; printing houses, etc);
monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing/commercial/loyalty activities;
working closely with design/advertising agencies and assisting with new projects.

BA Degree/Master’s Degree;
intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels;
excellent communication skills;
ability to think creatively and innovatively;
budget-management skills and proficiency;
professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field;
analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the graphic design, digital communication, production, etc.;
at least 5 years of marketing or advertising/media agency experience (Retail or FMCG experience is a plus);
good knowledge of English;
experienced at MS Office;
ability to work under time pressure in the conditions of a dynamic change;
strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate resources and deadlines and lead teams and projects;
