MARKETING MANAGER
Job description:
- Develop and implement the company's marketing and brand strategy, and ensure its compliance;
- Plan and control marketing budget ensure effective spending;
- Collaborate with stakeholders in order to define development trends, potential benefits and reduce costs;
- Collaborate with development teams and outsourcing partners to maximize workload, define user needs, functions and inform about economic benefits;
- Collaborate with IT product developers to share initiatives and priorities;
- Develop guidelines for product website management and monitoring;
- Track trends to deliver Internet and mobile services to current development levels;
- Monitor and implement new analytics tools to achieve online performance improvements;
- Report regularly on the results achieved and the problems that must be solved;
- Add content, make the necessary changes on the product's website;
- Managing SEO and AdWords accounts in collaboration with Internet marketing agencies;
- Analysis and optimization of the company's direct email marketing results;
- Creation, development and implementation of digital project ideas;
- Develop and implement the strategy of the company's Internet partner network, as well as to monitor its implementation;
- Develop guidelines for the evaluation and selection of cooperation between Internet partner networks;
- Implement and maintain tools for measuring and controlling the return and efficiency of Internet partner networks;
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, email, social media, affiliate and/or display advertising campaigns;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (ability to read and interpret Google Analytics data);
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
