    Description:

    In your role within Event Performance Management team in Marketing, you will be part of unique area supporting marketing project managers, event managers and business partners across International Wealth Management. Your responsibilities would include support of day-to-day event execution process using internal event management applications, as well as for developing and executing event performance management and post-event evaluation activities. You will be able to deep dive into areas of Marketing project lifecycle, tools and performance analysis.

     

    The main responsibilities of the position cover:

    • Support in maintenance and development of internal application dedicated for event management purposes
    • Day-to-today support and guidance to stakeholders in execution of event management process
    • Close collaboration with the application experts and administrators
    • Maintenance and development of reporting processes and solutions
    • Driving conclusions and recommendations on the performance of marketing activities
    • Marketing data analysis and reports creation (qualitative and quantitative), with special focus on post-event evaluation process

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

    Qualifications:

    Your success will depend on following competencies:

    • You have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, very good command of other MS Office applications and analytical skills
    • You have 1-2 years of professional experience
    • You are fluent in English
    • You demonstrate very strong client focus and stakeholder management skills
    • You have good data visualization and presentation skill
    • You have orientation on details and quality drive
    • You show pro-activeness, can-do attitude and excellence in communication
    • You present knowledge sharing capabilities (ability to learn and teach)
    • Your working experience in data analysis/marketing analysis field will be an asset
    • You are a dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve
