Your responsibilities

  • To run end-to-end strategic shopper projects aligned with business priorities and land them within the organization,

  • Responsible for implementation of Research learnings within other functions (sales, marketing) and in key Processes (BP, LRP, OBPPC, etc.),

  • Responsible for understanding of insights within other teams,

  • Individually manages all types of Research projects (incl. scope, budget, timing),

  • Identifies knowledge gaps & cooperates with function heads (Insight Manager, RGM, Shopper Marketing etc.) in setting business goals for insights projects and leads the way in delivering solutions,

  • Back up and successor for Insights Team Manager.

Our requirements

  • University degree ideally marketing research or related field,

  • Commercial Experience Strong commercial acumen, backed by a comfort in dealing with analysis and numbers,

  • 5 years+ experience in marketing research agency and/or research department on Client side,

  • Previous experience in insights for channel or category marketing, demand planning, key account or field sales management will be an advantage.

    • In-depth understanding of shopper and consumer based research methods,

    • Strong analytical skills which will allow generation of strong recommendations based on insights,

    • Ability to deliver comprehensive business results through planning and scenario development,

    • Ability to use and communicate data to deliver compelling selling propositions,

    • Relationship building - strong ability to form effective working partnerships with all parts of the Commercial team and with data providers in order to deliver results,

    • Experience of presenting to Senior Management teams.
