Creates, plans and implements sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy. Achieves sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.
Establishes sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
Identifies opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area, and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources.
Coordinates the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluates data to ensure achievement of goals. Monitors and provides reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence.
Supports the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensures efficient marketing communications.
Ensures achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales. Participates on negotiations of key contracts.
Takes ownership of the sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.
Collect market information (competition, market shares, trends, etc.) and knowledge with Sales team.
Master’s Degree (Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics or Mechanical field are preferred).
Minimum 5 years of related experience within the industry (e.g. Product management, Sales Unit, Technical Support).
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (Including people management).
Strong technical knowledge.
Ability and eagerness to obtain strong knowledge of ABB products, with particular emphasis of their application in the industry.
Good market understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop clear actions and outcomes.
Fluent Polish and very good English communication skills.
High customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
Self – motivation, integrity and possibility to motivate others.
Strong analytical skills.
