Your responsibilities
- Post & Plan: Formulate timely and engaging content, including original copy, optimized for platform use and intended audience on a regular basis according to client schedules.
- Design Content: Create beautiful, stand out posts through Canva and Photoshop that are in line with the overall brand aesthetic of YouMap.
- Supplement community management efforts on key channels like YouTube and resolve customer inquiries across all channels during peak volume
- Create the optimal balance of community building vs. commercialization of our social presence
- Build a deep understanding of our social media audience (demo, data, etc.) to map out and execute growth strategies
- Create, plan & execute the social media strategy for the organization across all brand accounts
- Prioritize and grow social media handles to meet overall marketing goals
- Build relationships with brand ambassador groups to create the foundation of our app’s culture and map long-term growth strategies.
- Ability to achieve goals and deliver exponential growth.
- A desire to grow an international startup and a readiness to build a digital marketing team.
Our requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial marketing operations, proven by a solid track record.
- Experience of handling marketing operations in English.
- Experience of working with an international Internet company.
- Experience with writing full copy for social, blogging, and press releases is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later.com, Monday.com, and Jira preferred.
- 1-2 years of social media experience, specifically in content creation for channels like TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Twitter and/or Twitch.
- Well versed in Internet culture, social media trends and pop culture.
- Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all planned posts go live as scheduled across correct channels.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Knowledgeable the mapping industry is a big plus.
- Experience with iOS macOS.
- Excellent English skills (at least C1).
