Twój zakres obowiązków
Create, develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product management and sales) and external clients (dealers) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Collaborate with other countries in order to ensure common communication of Josera’s brands
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop and create marketing campaigns and materials
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
Nasze wymagania
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, marketing, communications, or a related field
Min. 3-4 years of experience in marketing or in product management
Languages: German ( C1), French (B2/C1), and English ( C1)
Strong knowledge of various marketing tools such as social media, CRM systems, content management systems, newsletters
Creativity
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Ability to travel
