Marketing Specialist Poland

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager Poland on all regional marketing activities across our Child Safety business unit 
  • Coordinate & implement our global brand strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital and PR activities
  • Develop presentations & marketing material for the sales force in your region and support marketing activities for customers in your region.
  • Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution.
  • Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline
  • Execute global strategy & coordinate new products launches locally
  • Edit online text/visual content and ensure that the correct brand message is communicated in all marketing campaigns for this business unit
  • Lead the local PR agencies including setting of strategy, KPIs, tracking and monitoring of results
  • Organize local B2C fairs as well as events with retail partners
  • Ensure that relevant content is accessible, distributed, optimized and made visible for your customers in all relevant online channels

Required Education / Qualification

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
  • 3-4 years of professional experience acting as a Project Manager in Marketing with good knowledge of Trade Marketing, Communication & Digital 
  • Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
  • Analytical with high sense of organization
  • Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent Polish & English speaker
