Twój zakres obowiązków
- KECH Development looking for a detailed individual with a marketing experience to lead our marketing for our various real estate divisions
- Responsibilities:
- Daily marketing, SEO, social media and online posting of our various businesses (Rainbow International of Maspeth, KECH Development, Advent Appraisers and Sotheby’s International Realty)
- Maintain a monthly mailing system for each division
- Ad-Hoc Research
- Develop new market opportunities for the firm
- Assist the principal in day to day operations.
- This position is based 60% to 70% of the time in Warsaw (April to October) and 30%-40% in New York City / Mexico (November to April) and will require traveling, so this Marketing candidate must love to travel.
- All resumes must be in English and this candidate must be FLUENT in English.
