Your responsibilities
Support Marketing Manager to develop marketing communications campaigns and activities that promote a wide range of BSI's products and services with strong focus on digital campaigns.
Develop, execute and measure and optimize campaigns to meet the plans determined through planning and delivery process.
Content management (online and offline) and activities on the corporate website. Maximise the usage of BSI content across various communication channels to ensure optimum reach and ROI
Supervise and coordinate various digital activities including SEO / SEM / Social Media / e-mail marketing etc.
Based on market insight, experience and best practice, recommend appropriate marketing channels to ensure messaging reaches the intended audience in the most effect way
Effective building of the BSI database in indicated areas and sectors
Represent BSI and actively network at key industry events, client events and meetings, conferences, webinars, podcasts.
Cooperation with business partners (interactive agencies, service providers, sector oriented portals)
Campaign measurement: evaluating, measuring and analysing campaigns and their effectiveness using appropriate tools
Close cooperation and support for other departments in Poland and in CE and experts.
Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials internally and externally
Participating with other Marketing projects promoting BSI brand and services.

Our requirements
BA/BSc degree in Marketing or Business or related degree
Excellent copywriting, proof-reading and verbal communication skills
Polish native speaker, perfect command of English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
Ability to develop creative solutions
Proactive and collaborative in approach
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Marketing communication role
Customer focus with the ability to fully understand BSI customer needs and requirements for the entire portfolio
Experience in delivering marketing communications campaigns including web (usability, accessibility, user experience, SEM); PR, events, co-marketing, sales promotions, email marketing, e-commerce, plus social media strategy and techniques
Time-management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Adapting to tight deadlines across multiple product lines and able to prioritize the tasks.
Self-motivated, hardworking, well-organized and proactive team player with a strong goal-orientation
Open, kind and with high personal culture
Optional
Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Pardot
