your tasks

  • manages Blackline (reconciliation tool) for Europe
  • administrate system licenses
  • manages Blackline mailbox - acts upon change requested by Local Finance and EFSSC
  • ensures that Blackline data is complete and accurate
  • creates and maintains relevant process documentation
  • develops management reporting out of Blackline and prepares KPIs
  • participate in projects to support and consult from a blackline and compliance perspective
  • identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities
  • proactively manage control requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • follows up completion deadlines regarding account reconciliations in line with policy
  • shares best practices across teams and locations
  • works in close collaboration with Global Blackline Administrator
  • manages Nakisa (leasing tool) for Commercial Europe
  • ensures data is complete and accurately reflected
  • creates and maintains relevant process documentation
  • prepares the relevant SOX Controls – ensures completeness, accuracy and quality
  • identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities
  • works in close collaboration with EFSSC A2R teams
  • maintains a quality focus culture within the team
  • responsible for preparing the relevant SOX controls
  • ensure efficient, timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Team Lead, Internal Control or Audit
  • reviews, creates, and maintains internal processes and controls documentation
  • maintain objectivity, independence, and due professional care
  • protect organization value by keeping information confidential

what we expect

  • bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance /Business related subjects
  • fluent spoken and written English, any other European language is a plus
  • lean or Six Sigma green / green belt is a plus
  • experience in a in a multinational in the areas of master data
  • Sarbanes Oxley Act, Service Now, Nakisa and Blackline - nice to have
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • quickly embraces and adapts to change
  • ability to work with peers and management to achieve objectives
  • high level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility
  • accustomed to working under pressure and with deadlines
  • able to resolve problems in a professional and tactful manner
  • proactive and a self-starter
