We are currently looking to recruit for a:

Master Data Analyst Conversion
 
Master Data Analyst and member of the Global Master Data Organization will be responsible for driving a world-class global master data governance and conversion process within Ecolab that supports the company’s growth, protecting shareholder value and developing associates.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute training and development activities for master data area
  • Provide problem resolution and ‘business’ diagnostics on complex system/data issues
  • Guides new countries/regions through process of migrating data in SAP
  • Develop understanding of Ecolab business models and systems blueprint
  • Govern and support master data processes across systems
  • Support execution of change requests
  • Extract, transform and load master data into SAP
  • Supporting solution conformation around data model
  • Drive data mapping workshops
  • Support successful data migration
  • Support end-to-end testing of MD processes
  • Executing data related cut-over plans
  • Execute knowledge transfer
  • Support integration testing and defect resolution
  • Establish successful working relationships with business data owners during deployment

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2+ years of work experience in an analytical role and SAP + 1+ years project management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25 - 50%
  • Fluency in English; one additional language preferred
  • Ability to create, implement & continuously improve & optimize processes in a changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced Excel, Access and SQL skills
  • Basic knowledge of one SAP end-to-end process and related data (OTC, FTS/PTP, MF, QM, EH&S, and/or master data)
  • Experience in end-to-end data migration process from requirements gathering, mapping to designing, extracting, transforming, loading and validating
  • Proficiency with SAP load programs like LSMWs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization in a matrix environment
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
