Master Data Business Analyst - Customer & Vendor Domains

Key responsibilities:

1. Projects:

  • Create and validate Scope and Data Clarity deliverables.
  • Coordinate the collection process with Business stakeholders.
  • Validate data upload files.
  • Create or update SOI's and training material in alignment with the MD Operations group.
  • Organize training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage subset of activities in a project (e.g. operationalization activities) under supervision of the MD Expert.

2. Data Governance:

  • Implement data governance tickets via established procedures.
  • Create or update possible values.

About you:

  • Master Degree in Economics/Business or a Science related field.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in Master Data environment and/or application management, including 1 year of experience in Customer/Vendor domains.
  • Experience in Customer/Vendor/Finance Master data will be a plus.
  • 2 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Good analytical, communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and Access).
  • English - Fluent.

About the role: 

The Business Master Analyst is a member of Master Data Projects and Governance Team reporting directly to Domain Guardian. The team is responsible for Master Data and IM/IT projects delivered globally.  Various types of projects are to be considered: integration of new M&As or new Greenfields onto the Corporate platforms (SAP as ERP backbone) requiring migration of data from legacy systems, improvement projects requiring data migration activities in view of data harmonization, etc.
