Your responsibilities
Master Data Custodian will be reporting to the Team Leader of CoE Master Data Team.
That role covers also participation in improvements and standardization of processes and centralization in building up the Center of Excellence.
In your role you will:
• Timely, consistent and accurate management of data
• Creation, maintenance and validation of suppliers and customers
• Implement and maintain standards and processes within master data area
• Provision of SLA and KPIs on the performance metrics for the SSC and SSC team members
• Conducting data quality reports
• Monitoring, validating, and executing data create and change requests in CRM system in an accurate and timely manner
• Performing statistical and relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies
• Participating in different projects to identify and implement process improvements and increase efficiency
• Participating in transitions from other countries
• Enforcing data standards to achieve continued data cleanliness
• Identifying trends through analysis that can improve performance of the SSC
Our requirements
- 2/3+ year of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with a Professional Services Company
- Graduate with good analytical skills and relevant degree in economic or science studies in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Experience in Oracle system will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- PowerBI knowledge will be an advantage
- Present ability to work independently
- Focus on delivering the result on time
- Very good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Positive attitude and customer focus
