Your responsibilities
As a Data management Specialist, you will be responsible for daily execution of master data creations and updates aligned to defined policies and procedures.
Creating, defining and managing master data creations and other data integrity related tasks in order to ensure the smoothness of the purchasing, production and sales process
Working with designated ERP system internal customers on understanding daily production/logistics problems, updating master data changes, coordinating and executing master data uploads
Responding to incoming queries in a timely and professional manner to deliver a positive customer experience in each interaction.
Managing, understanding and prioritizing requests, working within agreed standards and timelines
Creating training materials and documentation, carrying out trainings using the appropriate tools,
Respect PPG’s core values and comply with company policy
Actively participating in the implementation of data projects in order to improve work and / or processes within the Master Data team.
Our requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must other languages would be an advantage
Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in international environment across cultures
Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
Optional
Experince in Master Data, Customer Service, Supply Chain or similar process/role where dealing with the Customers
System knowledge skills utilizing Microsoft environments, knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP system is an asset
