Your responsibilities
Financial data maintenance in View Point data base (service line checking, entity status, global clients, client grouping, etc.) – Entity reporting at month end;
Productivity reporting on a weekly basis as well as Gap to Goal preparation on a daily basis;
FTE maintenance in View Point (creation and deactivation of profiles, changes in teams, promotions, changes to billable target, etc.) – FTE reporting at month end;
Missing time report + status of timesheets report on a weekly basis (as well as for month end);
General data maintenance and cleansing on data in View Point in the build up to go-live of D365;
Backup to the local FP&A team on other matters/ad-hoc requests (client profitability reporting/ client revenue analysis/ analysis of time reports, etc.).
Our requirements
University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
MS Office knowledge – very good excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP);
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position;
Previous experience with reporting preferred;
Good command of English (both verbal and written);
Knowledge of accounting rules;
Knowledge of IFRS prefered;
Good communication and analytical skills.

Job description
At this role you will be working as a part of Internal finance team based in Poland. You will be supporting Luxembourg team and you will work closely with Finance director in Luxembourg. At this have opportunity to work partially remotely.
