Your responsibilities
Lead in Master Data projects
Preparation of clear and detailed analysis reports with action plans to improve the processes
Be a big data expert and support other supply chain departments with automatized report/dashboard solutions
Specific focus on designing innovative and efficient solutions together with Supply Chain and MRP departments
Responsible for document policies & procedures, data models, data standards, etc.
Ensure that everyone adheres to the agreed rules
Support the business with data governance queries on how to translate a business scenario/issue into a master data setup
Gain expertise in Master Data applications/tools (mainly MS Excel/Access based and D365) in order to support changes, solve incidents
Align on data quality checks with business stakeholders and translate these into system-technical requirements
Drive data quality issues to resolution via data stewards in the regions and business functions
Our requirements
Master's Degree in Economics/Business or a Supply Chain related field
Can handle creative big data tasks (60%) same like daily operational tasks (40%)
4 years of relevant work experience in Master Data and D365 Microsoft Dynamics environment
Experience in Project Management, preferably in business process and application reengineering environment
Very good analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and Access)
Very good command of English

The NORTHVOLT team of experts is currently building a new generation lithium-ion cell factory in northern Sweden, focusing on process innovation, scale and vertical integration of processes. When completed, it will be the largest battery cell factory in Europe with an annual production capacity of 40 GWh.
