Your responsibilities
Providing pre and post-sales support, delivering technical presentations to generate customer interest and assisting the sales team.
Preparing high quality, accurate and timely responses to requests received.
Gaining and maintaining technical expertise for all products supported
Working primarily in structured assignments in support of assigned sales/area of expertise related employees
Preparing and delivering presentations to existing customers to provide technical overviews and to generate interest in new products
Following established processes and procedures
Translating technical business requirements into solutions
Providing guidance around technical prerequisites, technical features, etc.
Overseeing post-sales activities including installation, product shipment and delivery, and invoicing if needed and upon business area and requirements
Fulfilling work time obligations.
Participation in obligatory training courses to which the employer will refer the employee.
Processing of personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of duties in the position
The employee is obliged to comply with the obligation to carry out other superiors' orders regarding work in accordance with the law and the type of work specified in the contract.
