Your responsibilities
- Executing global Master Data-related initiatives
- Creating and managing global MD team
- Supporting development of MD strategy
- Supporting projects aiming at data quality improvement
- Keeping close dialogue with wide group of stakeholders within the Organization
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders during projects including business top-level management discussions on MD strategy
- Identifying opportunities for MD locally and globally
- Identifying synergies and opportunities between MD in all systems
- Maintaining portfolio overview to keep track of resource availability
- Local/Global KPI reporting
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of leadership experience and stakeholder exposure
- Business experience from an international organization working across boarders
- Ability to present arguments for own solutions and challenge status quo
- Master Data and Quality understanding
- Solid project management skills and experience with working in cross-organizational projects
- Technical knowledge of ERP Applications
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams
- Good multi-tasking skills with capability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Ability to gather and document complex business requirements
- English: very good command (CEFR B2/C1)
