Your responsibilities
managing the Master Data team;
performing operative tasks and help managing the Master Data operations;
process optimization and standardization;
ensuring backup structure among the team;
analyzing complaints submitted by clients and implementing preventive actions in order not to repeat the error made once;
active participation in defining KPI / SLA for the managed area;
conducting an annual assessment of subordinate employees.
Our requirements
excellent understanding of processes in master data (Vendor, Customer, Assets - master data) and proven ability to constantly improve;
excellent written and oral communication in English (German language skills a plus);
experience in Finance/Master Data process transitions;
strong track record of leading and coaching (small) teams;
excellent communication and presentation skills;
team player able to work in cross cultural team;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
