Your responsibilities

  • Manages the team to deliver material planning and procurement services to a dedicated business area

  • Leads and coaches the team to ensure strong team performance and motivation

  • Supports transition project and monitors ongoing execution of processes in accordance with the process design and management framework

  • Manages resolution of issues raised within Material Planning and Procurement process area and facilitates alignment with stakeholders, as necessary

  • Manages functional on-boarding, training and development of team members

  • Supports identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

  • Implements projects to achieve improved efficiencies and operating effectiveness in accordance with defined project plans

  • Liaises with HAVI local Procurement teams to ensure smooth cooperation

Our requirements

  • Min 6 years of overall work experience in supply chain, incl. min. 2 in leading a team

  • Native or at least C1 level of English and Polish

  • Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

  • Very good knowledge of ERP and MS Office applications, especially Excel

  • Very good knowledge of material planning & procurement processes

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation, persuasion and communication;

  • Experience in a transition project will be an asset
