Being the owner of financial processes within the product development team,
Preparation of business cases and financial simulations for projects,
Support product development team with financial insight and analysis leading to better decisions making,
Project cost controlling (timesheets based),
Budgeting and cost monitoring,
Preparation of product profitability and variance analysis for different categories,
Participation in product costing and pricing processes,
Supporting the accounting department in month’s end closing and financial reporting.
Previous experience in controlling in a production company including material cost analysis (at least 4 years),
Proven knowledge of management accounting and product costing methodologies,
Education in Finance or related,
Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Access or other databases will be an asset),
Familiarity with ERP systems,
Experience in work in cross-functional teams,
Pro-active & self-driven approach,
Good communication skills and team play mindset,
English enabling free communication.

We are looking for a Financial Business partner for R&D/Product development teams. This position will work cross-functionally and will take part in product portfolio development that fuels the future growth of Tylko. At the same time he/she will be overseeing the achievement of financial objectives of the projects and support other team members in decision making.
The Finance Team supports the organisation by performing financial processes like collecting cash from customers, making payments to suppliers and processing the related accounting documents. We make sure Tylko follows the tax rules and provides financial information and reports both internally and externally.
We support other departments in planning and decision making by providing financial insight, maintaining relations with banks and trade currencies.
Our newest tribe, Support Tribe is responsible for every internal process in our organisation, making sure that Tylko is not only a leading furniture brand but also an efficient place to work (that’s fun, too). It comprises four areas: Finance and Accounting, People, Business Intelligence, Administration and IT Support Automatization - all of which work together to increase our efficiency, efficacy and scalability. It’s the beating heart of our organization that helps to keep Tylko running smoothly.
