For our Client, a leader in the automotive industry from the Łódź, we are looking for MCU / SoC Electronics Engineer.

Your Tasks:

Develop MCU/SoC roadmaps and specifications and implement strategic plans for DAS applications
Maintain program timing and deliverables for SoC development activities internally and at suppliersand act as interface to other teams
Work with ECU core and application module engineers to ensure proper integration and verification of the SoC
Interact with SoC supplier design, quality and manufacturing organizations to resolve device related issues

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required
MCU/ ECU development and implementation with automotive design experience (nice to have: 5+ years of experience)
Ability to work with little direct oversight in a collaborative environment and with high self-motivation
Ability to work in cross-functional team across continents and time zones
Relentless customer focus and problem-solving skills
Strong program management and communication/networking skills
Familiarity with semiconductor industry trends and best practices (continuous improvement, AEC-Q100, zero defects strategy, 8D, quality processes, state of the art testing and manufacturing, failure analysis, etc.)
Knowledge of MCU/SoC design, wafer fab, assembly and test processes
Knowledge of the functional safety standard ISO 26262 and its practical application in product development is desired
