Your responsibilities
Assumes responsibilities for the training organization at the Site with the Owner, trainees, subcontractor’s specialist or any other third party.
Coordinates/participates in preparation of training deliverables by instructors; ensures quality/uniformity with the contractor standard.
Coordinates/monitors training logistics; classrooms, furnishings, transport, PPE, access passes, etc.
Monitor training delivery by instructors; provides guidance.
Monitor trainee evaluations by instructors for uniformity, consistency, objectivity.
Coordinates disciplinary/personal issues affecting trainees (e.g. attendance, behavior, other) with trainees, instructors, the Owner and the contractor’ project management.
Weekly: chairs training evaluation meeting with instructors and the Owner; record minutes of meetings.
Ensure each completed training and instructional visits on the site; ensures all PPE is worn and all safety procedures/precautions observed; enacts disciplinary measures as necessary. Safety is number one priority : no exceptions.
Issues Trainee Attendance Records of the Owner’s personnel.
Performs other related duties.
Our requirements
Polish / International equivalent to High School Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1 years of experience in Refinery/Petrochemical complex.
Excellent skill to read, write and speak English and Polish; and ability for translation of document.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel) and ability to learn company and site-specific computer applications.
Ability and willingness to gain and maintain access to the customer site
Ability and willingness to work in on call status for emergency response needs.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external customers in English
Ability to meet all customer site requirements
