Your responsibilities

As an integral member of our multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for packages within disciplines and/or overall disciplines and will be expected to take them from initial brief through scheme & detail design to installation and commissioning support.

This role will harness your core data centre skills and experience to provide technical guidance on discipline specific data centre projects, as well as mentoring and developing junior colleagues. The role will also provide an opportunity to use and develop your management skills and experience in the delivery of design packages of smaller and medium-sized projects. We expect that you have previous experience in:

• Leading a discipline team developing packages through all levels of design and construction.

• Representing your discipline in discussions with the clients regarding topics such as: design solutions, PUE and efficiencies , TIER levels of resilience and business continuity, testing and commissioning

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing the delivery of work packages

• Ensuring that all designs and documents are prepared to the highest standards

• Inputting into project reports

• Contributing to conceptual design studies and reports for your discipline and package

• Mentoring and the development of junior engineers in the group

We are looking for talented mechanical engineers for data centre projects with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to our international datacentre clients.

We are a group of designers and engineers who overcome complex challenges in the built environment with creativity, technical expertise, passion and a commitment to designing with a social purpose.

We are looking to fill a number of permanent roles which offer excellent prospects for career development and the opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging range of projects. The role is based in Poland and working closely with colleagues across Europe on projects in Europe.
