Your responsibilities
Overall project management, including determining and defining the scope of work and project deliverables to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Scheduling, reporting, and resource deployment are all part of the project management process.
Obtaining resources, equipment, and supplies, as well as subcontractors and staff, to ensure a smooth project delivery.
Contract and variation work commercial management, cost control, and cost recovery
Successful client expectations management and procurement of follow-up work.
Delivering project reports to the project director on a monthly basis.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with all applicable building and safety codes.
Manage ties with subcontractors and suppliers by selecting and managing subcontractor and supplier connections.
On-site HSQE management.
Creating and handling requests for information (RFIs).
Work with the project's QS to report and manage any changes or variances.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries is preferred.
Ability to manage many projects at once while maximising solutions for a variety of groups and stakeholders.
Microsoft Office and BIM skills are required, as well as the ability to prepare detailed monthly reports.
