Your key responsibilities will include:
Media Strategy & Tactics
- Being responsible for proposing reginal media directions based on global media strategy and regional/local customer & media insights
Secure omnichannel sync and alignment of all customer communication touchpoints; store, owned channels, external media, maximize media efficiency across paid reach, performance & owned media
- Secure that the local media communications plan is set in line with customer goals, audiences, and media channel guidelines
Media Budget & Follow Up
- Provide data driven analysis on market growth potential to enable trade-offs in the long- vs. short-term media customer activation budget
- Drive and follow up on media budget investments and results for the region, ensuring goals are reached
- Secure in-depth analysis and optimization of media mix, spend and activities and adapt local strategies accordingly
Customer growth & retention
- Identify and drive customer growth potential together with regional and sales market customer activation teams, including setting target group priorities
- You know the customers in your region & markets and infuse insight into media investments tactics
- Responsible for Identifying the right place to be in the local market: considering current and desired customer perception which will affect the choice of the right type of partners, media and collaborations
Staff Management & collaboration
- Manage a team of media specialists based in region and sales markets handling all Secure cross-functional collaborations with other functions
- Carry out and ensure dialogue talks and apply the appropriate development tool for each individual in the team
- Responsible for identifying future talents, secure succession planning and recruiting media roles in the region
- Ensure efficient collaboration and dialogue with stakeholders throughout the organization

Besides your personality we see that:
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in marketing and media
- Formal education within Marketing, communication, or business degree/relevant qualifications
- Deep knowledge in how you build and grow a brand and customer base using traditional and digital media channels
- Strategic and operative marketing experience with a strong digital focus
- Setting and managing large media budgets and experience in collaboration with media agencies
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking with broad marketing experience and high analytical ability
- You have excellent communication & social skills and high level of English and strong in local language, both spoken and written
- You are experienced leader managing staff in complex setups and multiple locations
- It is meriting if you can demonstrate competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working.

Customer Activation & Marketing Team is a function comprised of different competences - from media relations, customer insights, experience operations and loyalty - working together in a synergy to implement a locally relevant seamless customer experience. This will empower us to create a truly customer focused omni organization.
While taking a role of Media Manager, you would be a part of Sales Market Poland team driving media in 9 countries: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
