For one of our Clients, an innovative pharmaceutical company just opening a COVID 19-focused team, we are currently looking for a
Medical Information Specialist with Swedish or French
Duties will include:
- Providing high quality technical and medical information in response to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Researching and preparing responses for health care professionals and members of the public
- Working with cross functional teams across the region
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare/Medicine (Pharmacy degree preferred)
- Very good English (B2+) and fluent Swedish or French (C1)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Any other European language would be an asset
