MEETING PLACE ASSISTANT (PART TIME - 75%), INGKA CENTRES, SKENDE SHOPPING CENTER, LUBLIN

About You: 

  • minimum 1 year experience in a similar position,
  • educational background preferably in Administration,
  • ability to easily communicate in English (spoken and written),
  • high level working skills of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point - minimum intermediate level),
  • high interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • able to work effectively within the team and individually as well,
  • analytical mind open to collect and analyze information from different sources,
  • strong focus on customer service.

Your responsibilities: 

  • office administration: preparation of letters, assistance in preparing presentations, reports, internal and external documents,
  • daily and constant contact with different business stakeholders, partners, vendors, contractors, also taking care of the office guests,
  • preparation and distribution of reports regarding the Shopping Center,
  • responsibility for the organization of promotions implemented under short-term contracts,
  • maintaining constant cooperation with the main office in the scope of preparing reports regarding the Center and ensuring proper flow of information,
  • co-planning and budget management related to the operation of the Shopping Center office,
  • care for the decor and maintaining high standards of common areas of the Shopping Center,
  • shaping the professional image of Ingka Centers as a property manager outside,
  • demonstrating an active, friendly attitude in cooperation with the entire team of the Shopping Center (administrative support).

At this role you will report to Meeting Place Manager.
