Supervise PSS activities

• Ensure the implementation of PSS activities

• Ensure the organization and control the launch of group PSS activities and individual PSS

• Guarantee the follow-up of pre-defined objectives of psychosocial support ;

• Organize and facilitate team meetings in order to analyse every situation and challenge arisen by the team

• Guarantee a proper utilisation of PSS material and communicate all logistical aspects related to the activities with the project managers and / or logistical team

2. Co-facilitate training activities for external partners together with MHPSS Coordinator

• Help to organize training activities

• Help to identify the key persons of the community and sensitize them

• Participate in the development of pedagogical materials adapted to the trainees profile

• Co-facilitate the training according to the training protocol of PUI

• Co-edit training reports and provides lessons learned for each training based on the own observations and training experience

• Evaluate the trainees’ progress before and after the training

• Guarantee a proper utilization of training material and communicate all logistical aspects related to the activities with the project managers and / or logistical team

3. Train, coach and mentor the PSS team and coordinates their provision of PSS activities in line with PUI protocols, guidelines and SOPs

• Ensure the weekly plan for PSS activities is drafted on weekly basis and properly anticipated, as well as shared with the Project Manager on a timely manner

• Suggest PSS activities and themes for discussions based on the field observation to MHPSS Coordinator

• Provide supervision, introductory and on-job training for PSS providers

• Coordinate the work plan and tasks of every PSS team member in close concert with the Project Manager

• Supervise and train every team member in different intervention sites in order to help developing quality PSS service in every site of service provision

4. Help to develop a proper referral system on the field together with MHPSS Coordinator

• Support PSS providers helping them to identify their limits of intervention and the need of a more specialized service

• Know specialized service providers in the area of intervention, their inclusion criteria and referral mechanisms

• Help PSS providers and psychologists to refer beneficiaries in need in compliance with PUI SOPs for MHPSS referral

• Raise awareness and train non-PSS colleagues about PSS services present and how / when refer beneficiaries to PUI PSS services

• Able to build and to maintain professional relationship with the partners in the field and beyond

• Identify functional gaps in the referral system, communicate them and suggest improvement to project managers and MHPSS Coordinator

5. Compile and draft activity reports

• Ensure the compliance and the rigour in compilation of data by PSS providers, facilitate the compilation;

• Provide rough data for further reporting by the Project Manager

6. Contribute to the protection of the program beneficiaries

• Participate in MHPSS meetings and suggest improvements in the overall PSS provision

• Contribute to sensitization of PSS team, PUI teams and Blue Dot staff to help them develop respectful and welcoming attitude to beneficiaries

• Have commitment, competence, and willingness to receive intensive training, regular on job training and supervision by MHPSS Coordinator

• Work in close coordination with PSS providers and other relevant stake holders.

• Act as a (co-)trainer under supervision of the MHPSS Coordinator to strengthen the capacity of PSS providers: Train, Manage and Supervise PSS providers.

• Regular follow-up of the activities of PSS Providers.

• Visit health facilities to supervise, monitor & evaluate providers’ performance and conduct remote supervision of insecure areas.

• Provide feedback, and coach PSS Providers in order to improve the quality of the psycho-social support services.

• Assist PSS providers and psychologists with formulating action/therapeutic plans for beneficiaries and with the provision of group activities for beneficiaries

• Support providers in their self-care, and monitor their work related distress. If possible conduct regular support sessions with the providers for the purpose of their self-care.

• Help the PSS providers to identify the severely affected cases and have an action plan to support them in order to ensure their wellbeing.

• Develop contribute to co-vision / inter-vision sessions within PUI and with external partners and a peer support framework for providers.

• Act as a co-provider to strengthen the capacity of the supervisees and conduct live supervision and mentoring. Also, function as a co-worker to provide community awareness, volunteers training and supervision to improve the capacity of supervisees to enable them to perform the same activities independently.

• Ensure all work with of providing the service, reporting, and documentation.

• Become proficient with PUI data collection tools, conduct and submit screening, and assessments, and PSS providing reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Work closely with the database staff and manager to ensure quality reporting.

• Help PSS providers to feel confident with database staff and the PSS team to ensure quality reporting

• Ensure all work with clients is confidential and that ethical practices are observed in culturally appropriate way, especially with respect to gender sensitivities.

• Assist in strengthening the referral system and follow up of the relevant activities.

• Attend all PSS/PFA related trainings given by PUI or sent by PUI to external partners.

• Забезпечити виконання психосоціальної підтримки

• Забезпечити організацію та контроль за запуском груповової та індивідуальної психосоціальної роботи

• Гарантувати дотримання заздалегідь визначених цілей психосоціальної підтримки;

• Організуйте та сприяйте зустрічам команди, щоб проаналізувати кожну ситуацію та виклик, що виникає в команді

• Гарантуйте належне використання матеріалів та повідомляйте про всі логістичні аспекти, пов’язані з діяльністю, менеджерам проекту та/або команді логістів

2. Співорганізація навчальних заходів для зовнішніх партнерів разом з координатором MHPSS

• Допомога в організації тренінгових заходів

• Допоможіть визначити ключових осіб спільноти та покращити їх обізнаність

• Брати участь у розробці педагогічних матеріалів, адаптованих до профілю слухачів

• Спільне проведення тренінгу згідно з протоколом навчання PUI

• Спільне редагування звітів про навчання та висновків, отриманих від кожного тренінгу на основі власних спостережень і досвіду навчання

• Оцінювати прогрес слухачів до та після тренінгу

• Гарантувати належне використання навчальних матеріалів і повідомляти про всі логістичні аспекти, пов’язані з діяльністю, менеджерам проекту та/або команді логістів

3. Тренувати, тренувати та наставляти команду PSS та координувати надання ними заходів PSS відповідно до протоколів PUI, інструкцій і SOP.

• Переконайтеся, що щотижневий план діяльності PSS складається щотижня та належним чином передбачається, а також своєчасно надається керівнику проекту

• Запропонуйте координатору MHPSS розширити діяльність PSS і теми для обговорень на основі своїх спостережень

• Забезпечення супервізії, вступного навчання та навчання без відриву від роботи для психосоціальних працівників

• Координуйте робочий план і завдання кожного члена команди PSS у тісній взаємодії з керівником проекту

• Контролюйте та навчайте кожного члена команди в різних місцях надання послуг, щоб допомогти розробити якісні послуги психосоціальної підтримки скрізь, де працює PUI

4. Разом з координатором MHPSS допомогти розробити належну систему перенаправлення на місця

• Підтримуйте психосоціальних працівників, допомагаючи їм визначити межі втручання та потребу в більш спеціалізованій службі

• Знати постачальників спеціалізованих послуг, знати межі їхньої діяльності, їх критерії та механізми направлення

• Допомогти психосоціальним працівникам і психологам направляти потребуючих бенефіціарів відповідно до правил PUI до спеціалізованих послуг

• Підвищення обізнаності та навчання колег, які не працюють у сфері психосоціальної підтримка, про наявні послуг психосоціальної підтримки та про те, як/коли направляти бенефіціарів до таких послуг

• Здатність будувати та підтримувати професійні відносини з партнерами в галузі та за її межами

• Знаходити функціональні прогалини в системі перенаправлення, повідомляти про них і пропонувати вдосконалення керівникам проектів і координатору MHPSS

5. Складати звіти про діяльність

• Забезпечити відповідність і точність збирання даних психосоціальними працівниками і психологами;

• Надавати дані для подальшого звітування керівником проекту

6. Сприяти захисту бенефіціарів програми

• Беріть участь у засіданнях департаменту МHPSS і пропонуйте покращення загального забезпечення психосоціальної підтримки

• Сприяти інформуванню команди психосоціальних працівників і психологів, команд PUI та співробітників Blue Dot, щоб допомогти їм виробити шанобливе та привітне ставлення до бенефіціарів
