Your responsibilities
Review submitted data files for completeness and accuracy
Review issues with participating company, developing customized solutions when standardized practices do not apply
Introduce and train new participants on the data submission process
Keep constant contact (via phone, zooms, e-mails) with global Clients by providing support, information and guidance on data submission and Mercer | Comptryx system
Provide guidance to junior analysts on complex issues with data validation
Apply analytical judgement to draw initial survey conclusions
Identify areas of improvement with analytical tools to continuously improve internal processes
Our requirements
1-3 years of experience within corporate compensation (or similar role) working with salary surveys and compensation plan administration
Understanding of most common compensation policies and practices, preferably across multiple locations/regions
English literacy on an advanced level (C1+) including effective communication (client-facing role)
Good/excellent Excel literacy
Analytical and detail oriented mind-set
Confident with learning new tools and technologies
Ability to take in loose requirements, work independently and be successful
Passion for numbers and analysis
Optional
Experience in a direct client and stakeholder management in an international environment
Experience in designing surveys / data collection questionnaires
Project & data management experience
For internal candidates: experience in processing data using Global Survey Tool (GST)
